Capstone Arts and Sciences Living-Learning Community in Byrd Hall


This living-learning community, open to students in the College of Arts and Sciences, is designed to foster student success by supporting learning, professional development, and community involvement during the important first year of college.  To maximize your experience, you

-will enroll in A&S 101 in the fall and A&S 102 in the Spring
-take part in 4 required study hours each week
-take part in 3 Cultural Events each semester
-attend 3 Faculty Biography Series events in the Fall
-attend 3 Community/Faculty Dinners each semester
-take part in 10 hours of Community Service in the Spring
