We currently DO NOT have any spaces available for grad/family housing, please check back for the Spring 2008 semester.
We have a limited number of on-campus apartments available for rent each year. These apartments are rented on a 12-month lease with the rent payment is due at the beginning of each month. These apartments are leased graduate students, married students, students with children, or upperclassmen. They are not available for incoming freshmen.
The rental priority is as follows:
- Families with children.
- Married students without children.
- Single graduate and law students
- Non-traditional undergraduates (25 years and older)
- Undergraduates (above freshmen level)

- Crimson Towers
- Graduate, Married, and Family Student

* Please note: If you live in 9th Street or Crimson Towers, you must have the power turned on in your name. Failure to do this could result in a fine or your power being turned off without notice.

The best thing about living on campus is the ability/responsibility to be involved in your community. Living on campus teaches you how to work as a team to uphold community living standards. I can honestly say that I would not be the student I am today if I had not lived on campus during my time at the University.
