The application along with the deposit must be submitted to the Bryce Lawn office, which is located in Building 500 – 101 on Bryce Hospital Drive.

$25 is a non-refundable application fee
$100 is your security / damage deposit
Assignments for fall are made by May 1st and continue through the summer as vacancies occur. Assignments for summer are made by April 15th and continue as vacancies occur. Spring assignments are made around the last week in November.

When you receive your assignment, you are given approximately one week to return your lease and a month’s rent. You may cancel at that time in writing and receive your $100 deposit refund. Leases become effective when you signed and returned and cannot be cancelled. Rent and deposit cannot be refunded after the lease is returned.

Only fish, in a maximum of a 20 gallon tank, are permitted.

Apartments are rented either completely furnished or completely unfurnished. Furnished apartments contain the following: one sofa, one chair, a built-in bar with chairs/stools or a dining room table with four chairs, a coffee table (if space permits), one end table, one desk with a chair for one and two bedrooms, one bed and chest / dresser per bedroom, one night stand per bedroom in one and two bedrooms. Lamps, linens, dishes, and cookware are not furnished. No furniture is
to be removed from a Furnished Apartment. Refer to the chart for further information.
No leases are given for less than a 12 month period
You can get a P.O. Box at the Ferguson Center or you can get a
US Post Office Box. Residents in 9th Street, Crimson Towers, and
Stoneleigh are provided mail service.
The first month’s rent is due when your lease is returned (this amount will not be deferred). It is payable by check, money order, VISA, MasterCard or Discover (no cash). From that time forward, your monthly rent is charged on the main leaseholder’s student account. There is no bill sent to you personally. You must pay at Student Receivables in the Student Services Building. Rent is due on the first of each month and late after the 10th. A late fee of $25 is charged after the 10th of the month.
