HRC Contract Cancellation Request Form
The cancellation form usually becomes available for students to submit for the following terms on the dates listed below (unless the day falls on a Saturday):
Fall Semester (current year or following year) - October 1st
Spring Semester - November 1st
Summer Terms - April 1st
Note: This form is a request for cancellation, and it is being submitted for Contract Cancellation Committee review. You are NOT guaranteed approval unless you will not be attending UA. After the Contract Cancellation Committee reviews your request, you will be notified via email of the committee's decision (for anyone other than a student that will not be attending the UA, please allow up to two weeks). All cancellation fees, prorated housing charges, and other charges as stipulated by the housing contract will apply, in the event that cancellation is granted.
