Bryant Residence Hall

Description

Bryant Hall features suite style living with 2-4 single bedrooms in each suite.
Each single bedroom is furnished with an 80 inch long full size bed, a desk with desk chair, and a 6 drawer dresser. The beds adjust to 3 different heights to allow for increased storage options. There is a closet in the bedroom with both hanging space and a shelf.
The dresser is 29.5 inches wide, 52.5 inches tall, and 18 inches deep. The desk is 32.25 inches wide, 30.25 inches tall, and 24.5 inches deep. The desk drawers are detachable and are 17 inches wide, 30.5 inches tall, and 24.5 inches deep. The bed is 84.25 inches long and 56 inches wide.
Bathrooms are shared between 2 residents and have a shower stall with a shower curtain provided, a toilet, and a sink. There is overhead storage above the toilet and storage under the sink and vanity area. There is also a linen closet in each bathroom with shelving.
A kitchenette is shared among the suite and will have a full refrigerator, microwave, and cabinets for storage.
The common living area is furnished with a sofa, chair, TV stand, coffee table, and end tables. The TV stand has shelves to store DVDs, video games, or electronics like video game consoles or DVD players.
The bedrooms and suites are carpeted with the exception of the kitchenette and bathrooms.
Bryant Hall has wireless internet access throughout the building. There are laundry rooms on the 2nd and 4th floor. TV lounges and vending machines are located each of the 4 floors.
Bryant Hall features a new lock system to gain access to the building and suites using the residents’ Action cards. Keys are used to access individual bedrooms.
Bryant Hall is located at 525 Devotie Drive between University Boulevard and Campus Drive. Please note that there is no mail service to Bryant Hall. Residents will need to get a PO Box from the United States Postal Service at the Ferguson Center.
