The Bluff Apartments

Description

The Bluff at Waterworks Landing is an off-campus apartment community that is managed as part of UA’s on-campus housing community.  Residents at the Bluff, who are almost exclusively upperclassmen, are billed for their rent and utilities on their UA student account enjoy other amenities of on-campus living, including housing staff on site.  Apartments at the Bluff feature either two or three bedrooms, are furnished with residence hall furniture and include the following:

Full kitchens with stainless steel appliances, including microwaves
Washer/dryer in every unit
High speed internet
Covered parking
Individual bedrooms and bathrooms

The Bluff is located 1.1 miles from the entrance to campus on Jack Warner Parkway.
