Transportation


Getting around town and campus is important. Knowing where you can park on campus, the Crimson Ride Schedule, and how to get to the airport are important!

Below are a few different ways to get to, from and around The University of Alabama.

Crimson Ride is UA's new transit system that gets you around campus at no charge and you will not need your ACT card. Buses follow Library hours during the week and will be available on weekends. 205-348-RIDE

348-RIDE (7433) is is a free service that will transport you between locations on campus or between nearby residences and campus. Rides are available during the hours of 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 am.

  • ACR Express provides bus service between the UA campus and the Birmingham Airport, Monday-Friday. They are currently using the schedule for Run #3. For more information, call 662-244-5773. Pricing and schedules for Run #3 can be found here.
