Students living on campus can utilize The Care Package Delivery Center in Paty Hall to receive any package sent by FedEx, UPS and DHL.  Package Center employees will sign for packages and contact the recipient by the student's BamaMail email and cell phone (if provided) to schedule the package pickup.  Students must bring a photo ID to pick up their package.

Fall/Spring Hours of Operation (excluding holidays):

Mon-Fri, 9am-Noon, 1pm-5pm (Closed Noon – 1pm for package receiving/processing). 
No Saturday or Sunday Deliveries or Pick-ups (except during Fall Move-in weekends)

To Send a Package via UPS, FedEx or DHL to a student living on campus, please address the package to:

Packages addressed to a specific residence hall will be re-routed to the Package Delivery Center, with the exception of packages sent through FedEx.  FedEx cannot re-route a package that has been incorrectly addressed and will return the package to the sender.

NOTE: Packages sent via the United States Postal Service (USPS) must be sent to the student's post office box in the Ferguson Center.  The Postal Service does not deliver to the Paty Package Delivery Center.

When sending a package to a student's post office box, the address should include the following information:
